The 36/48-Volt 275-Amp Controller will replace the brain of your golf cart if you will. The controller receives signals from the throttle sensor, activation circuit, and batteries before it sends an alert to the motor; if any of these does not communicate properly, no go. Even a tiny wire getting nicked is enough to make any golf cart controller temperamental.

This is what is called a short body controller. It has four buss bars which are where the big cables hook up. It is programmed for a 5k-0 throttle output meaning this is an excellent choice for 48-volt series powered Club Cars. The output is rated at 275 amps and can run with a current flow of between 36-48 volts. This is a Curtis 1204 footprint if you are trying to replace something exact.
