Installing your BigBattery is easy with the provided free ring terminals, which allow you to connect your battery to your golf cart.

2. Does BigBattery sell used batteries?

Since 2020, BigBattery exclusively sells brand-new, never-previously-cycled batteries, each backed by a complimentary 10-year warranty.

3. How many years will my BigBattery last?

Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can endure between 3,000 and 7,000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect your golf cart battery to last well over 10 years.

4. Does BigBattery work with all inverter and charger controller brands?

We're compatible with nearly every brand except RENOGY. Before purchasing, please ensure your inverter can be configured to match the operating parameters specified for the battery you're interested in.

5. Do our batteries include a thermal management system?

Yes, all our batteries have a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system ensures the battery is protected from high and low temperatures, preventing operation outside optimal conditions.

The kit is good with everything you need except instructions or where to find them. The DYI videos available were a bit confusing, even the Allied video wasn’t clear. We wound up spending 2 hours on what could have been a 30 minute job with better instructions. The final result is fantastic with increased speed and power. Highly recommend the conversion.
