As a goofcart customizing company I ordered 4 center caps for a set of wheels . Golf Cart Geeks sends me two center caps. Then when I complained , they said that if I can wait until Friday (this was on a Monday or Tuesday) that they would ship the other two. I explained that this was a huge issue as I promised a customer that they would be getting the wheels that the center caps were ordered for by that weekend because the tracking information assured that. When only two center caps arrived and I couldn't hold up my part of the deal , the customer backed out. The entire upgrade agreement was lost and I lost not only a customer , but a great deal of labor time , not to mention I'm stuck with the wheels. When I asked Golf Cart Geeks to send me the other two center caps and a partial refund for the huge problem they created , they said NO to the partial refund. I was sent a return shipping label and I was refunded the money. This is the best way to make sure a customer spreads the work about a poor experience with a company.
